- Clean all O-ring surfaces on front cover.
- Position water pump (3) and O-ring to engine.
- Install mounting bolts. Tighten to 12 N.m (105 in. lbs.).
- Install timing belt. Refer to INSTALLATION .
- Install accessory drive belts. See INSTALLATION .
- Fill cooling system. See STANDARD PROCEDURE .
