- Clean all sealing surfaces.
- Install water pump (1) and gasket. Tighten mounting bolts to 12 N.m (105 in. lbs.).
- Install timing chain guides and timing chain. Refer to INSTALLATION .
- Install the accessory drive belts. See INSTALLATION .
- Install the radiator fan assembly. See INSTALLATION .
- Fill cooling system. See STANDARD PROCEDURE .
