Exhaust Manifold - Left Side

  1. Install manifold gasket and manifold.
  2. Install manifold bolts and torque to 31 N.m (23 ft. lbs.) using the sequence provided. See Fig 1.
  3. Install the coolant bottle.
  4. Install the air cleaner housing (1). See Figure.
  5. Install the knock sensor.
  6. Install the exhaust pipe to manifold bolts.
  7. Reconnect negative battery cable.
