Ignition Coil - 2.4L Turbo

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the throttle control shield. See Fig 1.

Remove the throttle cables from the throttle body lever. See Fig 2.

Remove the throttle cable bracket and relocate. See Fig 3.
Remove the spark plug cables from the ignition coil.
Unlock and disconnect the electrical connector from the ignition coil.

Remove bolts from ignition coil. Twist coil to remove 2 of the bolts from the coil before removing it from vehicle. See Fig 4.

Rotate coil and tip upward.

Pull coil up and out by the throttle body side of the intake manifold. See Fig 5 and Fig 6.
