Right Exhaust Manifold

1 - EXHAUST UNION

2 - HO2S - #2

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Disconnect the upstream oxygen sensor electrical connector.
Raise and support the vehicle.

Remove the exhaust manifold to exhaust pipe flange retaining bolts (1). See Fig 1.

1 - GASKET

2 - MANIFOLD

3 - LOWER SHIELD

4 - UPPER SHIELD

5 - BOLT

Lower the vehicle.
Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield and manifold. See Fig 2.
Remove the oxygen sensor from the exhaust manifold.
