Sensor-Engine Coolant Temp: Removal: Removal-2.0/2.4L: Turbo

1 - COOLANT OUTLET CONNECTOR
2 - ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR
  1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
  2. Partially drain cooling system below level of engine coolant temperature sensor (2).
  3. Remove upper torque strut. Refer to STRUT-TORQUE .
  4. Disconnect engine coolant temperature sensor electrical connector.
  5. Remove engine coolant temperature sensor (2).
