- Install the radiator fan into position on the radiator.
- Install the upper and right side radiator fan retaining screws (2) and tighten to 6 N.m (55 in. lbs.).
- Raise vehicle and install the remaining fan attaching screws (3). Tighten to 6 N.m (55 in. lbs.).
1 - OVERFLOW HOSE 2 - UPPER RADIATOR HOSE 3 - RADIATOR ASSEMBLY - Connect radiator fan electrical connector.
- Lower vehicle.
- Install radiator filler neck to radiator. Connect upper radiator hose (2) and overflow hose (1) to radiator filler neck.
- Install upper radiator support and closure panel. Refer to INSTALLATION .
- Install grille. Refer to INSTALLATION .
- Connect negative battery cable.
- Fill the cooling system, refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
