Installation-Diesel Engine

1 - COOLANT RECOVERY PRESSURE CONTAINER
2 - DASH PANEL
3 - COOLANT HOSE
4 - RETAINING BOLTS
5 - RETAINING NUT
  1. Lower container into engine compartment and connect coolant hose (3) at bottom of container (1).
  2. Position container on dash panel, install fasteners (4, 5) and torque to 2-3 N.m (25-40 lbs. in.).
  3. Connect coolant bypass hose to coolant recovery pressure container.
  4. Reposition fuel filter assembly bracket and install fasteners.
  5. Refill cooling system. See STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  6. Install engine cover.
  7. Connect negative battery cable.
