Clutch Disc - 1.6L

Remove transaxle. Refer to REMOVAL .
Mark position of pressure plate on flywheel (1) with paint or a scriber for assembly reference. See Fig 1.

Loosen and remove six pressure plate-to-flywheel bolts (4). Remove pressure plate (3) and clutch disc (2).

Remove eight flywheel-to-crankshaft bolts (2) and remove flywheel (1). See Fig 2.

Inspect release lever (2) and bearing (1). Replace as necessary. See REMOVAL . See Fig 3.
