Removal - Intake Manifold Lower

- Release fuel system pressure (Refer to FUEL SYSTEM/FUEL DELIVERY - STANDARD PROCEDURE) .
- Disconnect negative battery (1) cable located in trunk.
- Remove upper intake manifold (Refer to ENGINE/MANIFOLDS/INTAKE MANIFOLD - REMOVAL) .
- Disconnect injector electrical connectors (2).
- Disconnect fuel supply hose (1) from fuel rail (Refer to FUEL SYSTEM/FUEL DELIVERY/FUEL LINES - STANDARD PROCEDURE) .
- Remove bolts attaching fuel rail (1 - 4).
- Remove fuel rail and injectors as an assembly.
- Remove manifold attaching bolts.
- Remove lower manifold.
- Inspect manifold (Refer to ENGINE/MANIFOLDS/INTAKE MANIFOLD - INSPECTION) .
