Clutch Disc And Pressure Plate: Removal: 1.6L

1 - FLYWHEEL

2 - CLUTCH DISC

3 - PRESSURE PLATE

4 - BOLT (6)

Remove transaxle,
- For G288 M/T, (Refer to TRANSMISSION/TRANSAXLE/MANUAL - REMOVAL) .
- For T350 M/T, (Refer to TRANSMISSION/TRANSAXLE/MANUAL - REMOVAL) .
Mark position of pressure plate on flywheel (1) with paint or a scriber for assembly reference. See Fig 1.

Loosen and remove six pressure plate-to-flywheel bolts (4). Remove pressure plate (3) and clutch disc (2).

3 - CRANKSHAFT FLANGE

Remove eight flywheel-to-crankshaft bolts (2) and remove flywheel (1). See Fig 2.

1 - RELEASE BEARING

2 - LEVER
Inspect release lever (2) and bearing (1). Replace as necessary. See Fig 3.(Refer to CLUTCH/CLUTCH RELEASE BEARING - REMOVAL) .
