Rear Wiper Motor: Removal

- Open hood.
- Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
- Remove the rear wiper arm nut cap.
- Remove wiper arm retaining nut.
- Use a battery terminal puller to remove the wiper arm from the wiper pivot.
- Remove liftgate trim panel (Refer to BODY/DECKLID/HATCH/LIFTGATE/TAILGATE/TRIM PANEL - REMOVAL) and (Refer to BODY/DECKLID/HATCH/LIFTGATE/TAILGATE/TRIM PANEL - REMOVAL) .
- Disconnect harness connector.
- Remove three machine screws to the rear wiper motor and remove from vehicle.
CAUTION:
Use extreme care when taking out motor. Damage to the grommet and or window can occur.
