EXHAUST LEAK
(K141) O2 1/2 SIGNAL CIRCUIT
(K902) O2 DOWNSTREAM RETURN CIRCUIT
O2 SENSOR

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding.  (Refer to PRE-DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE)  .
