Possible Causes

(K99) O2 SENSOR 1/1 HEATER CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
O2 SENSOR
PCM

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding.  (Refer to PRE-DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE)  .
