Front Seat Manual Recliner

WARNING: Discard and replace the seat back bolts (2) with new bolts when servicing. Installing used bolts may result in the loosening of the seat back bolts after repair. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious or fatal injury.
  1. Remove front seat from vehicle. See REMOVAL .
  2. Remove recliner handle if equipped. See REMOVAL .
  3. Remove seat cushion side shield. See REMOVAL .
  4. Disconnect heated seat connector if equipped. Refer to REMOVAL .
  5. Remove seat cushion. See REMOVAL .

  6. Remove and discard the bolts (2) and remove the seat back assembly (1)
