Hydraulic Line Disconnection

NOTE: The hydraulic lines to the hydraulic cylinders must be replaced in pairs.

Slide the hydraulic line retaining clip (2) out of the groove in the hydraulic cylinder.

Remove the hydraulic line (1) from the hydraulic cylinder (3).
NOTE: If necessary, use a small pick to remove the O-ring from the hydraulic cylinder.
Remove the O-ring from the hydraulic cylinder (3).

Remove the bolts (1) from the hydraulic line retaining plate (2).
Carefully separate the hydraulic lines from the power top hydraulic assembly (3).

Carefully pry the metal snap ring (1) from the end of the hydraulic line (2).
Slide the hydraulic line out of the retaining plate.
Remove the hydraulic line from the vehicle.
