3 - LARGER DIAMETER CAGE RING

CAUTION: The position of the output shaft bearing is critical. The bearing is not identical end-to-end. Install bearing with larger diameter cage ring facing out.

Remove caged roller bearing (3) from output bearing race. See Fig 1.

Remove screws at output bearing retainer strap (1). See Fig 2.

1 - SLIDE HAMMER C-3752

2 - REMOVER 6787

3 - OUTPUT SHAFT BEARING RACE

Install slide Remover 6787 and slide hammer C-3752 (2). See Fig 3. Tighten tool to output bearing race.
Using slide hammer, remove output bearing race (3).
