Oil Pump

1 - CRANKSHAFT SPROCKET REMOVER 6793

3 - CRANKSHAFT SPROCKET
  1. Disconnect negative cable from battery.
  2. Remove timing belt. Refer to REMOVAL .
  3. Remove timing belt rear cover. Refer to REMOVAL .
  4. Remove oil pan. Refer to REMOVAL .
  5. Remove crankshaft sprocket (3) using Crankshaft Sprocket Remover 6793 (1) and Crankshaft Sprocket Remover Insert C-4685-C2 (2). See Fig 1.

  6. Remove crankshaft key (1). See Fig 2.

    1 - BOLTS
    2 - BOLTS
    3 - OIL PUMP
  7. Remove oil pick-up tube.
  8. Remove oil pump (3) and front crankshaft seal. See Fig 3.
