Hub And Bearing - Rear Drum Brake Vehicles

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .

  2. Remove the wheel mounting nuts (3), then the rear tire and wheel assembly (1).

  3. Remove the brake drum retaining clips (5), then the drum (6). Refer to REMOVAL .
  4. Remove the dust cap (4) from the hub and bearing (7).
  5. Remove the hub nut (3), then slide the hub and bearing (7) from the spindle (10).
