Front Seat

WARNING: Before servicing the seat the airbag system must be disarmed. Failure to do so may result in accidental deployment of the airbag and possible personal injury. Refer to RESTRAINTS - SERVICE INFORMATION for service procedures.

  1. Move seat to forward position.
  2. Remove bolts attaching rear of the seat track.
  3. Move seat to rearward position.
  4. Remove bolts attaching front of seat track to floor.
  5. Move seat to center position for ease of removal.
  6. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
  7. Disengage electrical connectors, if equipped.
  8. Remove seat from vehicle.
