CAN C BUS FAILURE OPEN OR SHORTED CONDITION

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding.  (Refer to PRE-DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE)  .
