Camshaft Position Sensor: Removal

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the engine cover. On 1.6L, (Refer to ENGINE - REMOVAL) or on 2.4L, (Refer to ENGINE - REMOVAL)
  3. Disconnect camshaft position sensor electrical connector.
  4. Remove retaining bolt and remove sensor from cylinder head cover.
