Housing-Air Cleaner: Removal

  1. Disconnect the inlet air temperature sensor.
  2. Remove the inlet tube to throttle body.
  3. Unsnap the 2 clips holding the air cleaner housing cover (1).
  4. Lift the air cleaner housing cover (1) up.
  5. Remove the air cleaner element (2).

  6. Pull air cleaner housing (1) straight up and off of the 2 locating pins.
