Interior & Exterior (2 Of 2): Interior: Liftgate: Latch: Removal

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Open the liftgate.
3. Remove the liftgate trim panel (Refer to BODY/DECKLID/HATCH/LIFTGATE/TAILGATE/PANEL-TRIM - REMOVAL) .
4. Disengage the retainer clips that secure the two linkage rods (2) to the liftgate latch (3) and disconnect the links.
5. Disconnect the liftgate wire harness connector (4) from the latch.
6. Remove the two bolts that secure the latch to liftgate (1) and remove the latch.
