Interior & Exterior (1 Of 2): DECKLID/Hatch/Liftgate/Tailgate: Latch: Removal

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Open the decklid (5).
3. Remove the decklid trim panel (Refer to BODY/DECKLID/PANEL-TRIM - REMOVAL)  .
4. Disengage the retainer clip that secures the lock cylinder link (1) to the latch (6) and disconnect the link.
5. Remove the two bolts (7) that secure the latch to the decklid and remove the latch.
