Raise headrest (2) by depressing adjuster cap button. To remove headrest (2) from seat depress adjuster cap button (1) and the adjuster cap release tab (3) while raising the headrest upward.

1 - FRONT HEADREST

2 - RELEASE BUTTON
To remove headrest (1), at the same time press the button and release tab (2), and while pulling upward to release headrest.
Remove headrest from seat back.
