Removal - Convertible

  1. If possible, raise the quarter glass (1) to the full up position to aid in removal.
  2. Remove the rear quarter trim panel (Refer to BODY/INTERIOR/TRIM-QUARTER PANEL - REMOVAL) .
  3. Remove the water dam from thinner quarter panel.
  4. Lower the convertible top.
  5. Disconnect the wire connector to the power window motor.
  6. Remove the three nuts (4) that secure the quarter window module (3) to inner quarter panel.
  7. Lift the quarter window module upward and out of the opening at the top of the quarter panel.
  8. If required, remove the three screws (5) and nuts (2) that secure the quarter glass and bushings (6) and remove the quarter glass.
