Diagnostic Procedure

DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE - COURTESY LAMP INOPERATIVE - ALL LAMPS

TEST ACTION APPLICABILITY
1 Gain access to the junction block C10 Harness connector but do not disconnect.
While back probing, measure the voltage of the Fused B+ circuit.
Is the voltage above 10.0 volts?
Yes --> Go To 2
No --> Replace the Junction Block
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1 .		 All
2 Check Junction Block Fuse 5
Is Fuse 5 open?
Yes --> Replace the open fuse.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1 .
No --> Go To 3		 All
3 Back probe a jumper wire from the Courtesy Lamps Driver circuit to the Junction
Block C10 connector and ground.
Do the courtesy lamps come on?
Yes --> Replace the Body Control Module.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1 .
No --> Repair the open Courtesy Lamp Driver circuit.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1 .		 All
