Rear Door: Hinge: Removal
NOTE:
It is not necessary to remove the door to replace the hinges if they are replace one at a time.
- Release rear door latch and open door.
- Mark hinge foot print on both door and pillar to aid when installing door. See Fig 1.
- Remove B-pillar trim to access inside/out bolts to pillar.
- Support door on suitable lifting device.
- Remove bolts attaching hinge to B-pillar.
- Remove bolts attaching rear door to door hinge.
- Remove door hinge from vehicle.
