Radiator Fan: Installation

  1. Install the radiator fan into position on the radiator.
  2. Install the upper and right side radiator fan retaining screws and tighten to 6 N.m (55 in. lbs.). See Figure.
  3. Raise vehicle and install the remaining fan attaching screws. Tighten to 6 N.m (55 in. lbs.). See Figure.
  4. Connect radiator fan electrical connector.
  5. Lower vehicle.
  6. Install radiator filler neck to radiator. Connect upper radiator hose and overflow hose to radiator filler neck. See Figure.
  7. Install upper radiator closure panel (Refer to BODY/EXTERIOR/RADIATOR CLOSURE PANEL - INSTALLATION) . See Figure.
  8. Install grille (Refer to BODY/EXTERIOR/GRILLE - INSTALLATION) .
  9. Connect negative battery cable.
  10. Fill the cooling system (Refer to COOLING/ENGINE - STANDARD PROCEDURE) .
