1. When Monitored: Continuous with the ignition on. 
2. Set Condition: When the Power Top Control Module senses both Trunk Latch Unlock signal and the Trunk Latch Lock signals active. 

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding.
