Drbiii Blank Screen

If DRBIII Screen is blank, inspect for loose wiring connections or damaged DRBIII cable. Ensure continuity to ground exists at data link connector terminals No. 4 and No. 5. See Figure. Ensure at least 11 volts exists at data link connector terminal No. 16. If 11 volts does not exist, check for blown BATT A7 fuse located in instrument panel fuse block. See Figure. If no problem can be found, malfunction with DRBIII, DRBIII cable or vehicle wiring harness may be present.
