Diagnostic Procedure

ANTENNA HARDWARE FAILURE - SDARS - DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

TEST ACTION APPLICABILITY

NOTE: Before Continuing: Disconnect the Satellite Receiver harness connector and check the related wiring terminals for corrosion, damage or terminal push out.
Repair as necessary.
NOTE: Before Continuing: Disconnect the Satellite Receiver Antenna harness connector and check the related wiring terminals for corrosion, damage or terminal push out. Repair as necessary.
Using the schematics as a guide, inspect the wire harness and connectors. Pay particular attention to all Power and Ground circuits.Check the Antenna assembly for physical damage.If there are no other possible causes, view repair.
  1. Repair: Replace Antenna in accordance with service information.

    Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST VER-1 .
