Vehicle Information Display (Early Build Vehicles Only)

NOTE: The EVIC will not display information for any of the screens for which it did not receive the proper PCI bus data. Refer to the SYMPTOM LIST in OVERHEAD CONSOLE for problems related to CMTC.

The EVIC provides the following CMTC display functions:

The EVIC will also display the following driver alert messages with either an amber or red priority indicator lamp:

An audible chime or chimes will accompany any displayed warning messages. Chime requests with an OPEN message are dependent upon vehicle speed.

The CMTC receives the following messages from the Body Control Module (BCM):

The CMTC receives the following messages from the Next Generation Controller (NGC):

The CMTC transmits the following message to the BCM:
