System Revisions

NOTE: For early build and late build vehicle identification, see SYSTEM COVERAGE .

Revisions to the ATC system include version 19 software for late build vehicles.

CAUTION: Automatic Temperature Control (ATC) Modules in early build CS vehicles use version 17 software. ATC Modules in late build CS vehicles use version 19. Do NOT exchange ATC modules between vehicles. Use the DRBIII® to verify which version software the ATC Module is using by selecting Body Systems, then Automatic Temperature Control, and then selecting Module Display. Failure to follow these instructions can result in improper HVAC system operation.
