Hood Latch: Removal

  1. Release hood latch and open hood.
  2. Support hood on prop rod.
  3. Remove grille.
  4. Remove screws attaching hood latch to radiator closure panel (Fig. Fig 1 ).

  5. Remove hood latch from closure panel.
  6. Disengage remote release cable from latch (Fig. Fig 2 ).
