A/C Discharge Line: Installation

  1. Connect the discharge line at the A/C condenser. Tighten retainer bolt. Connect the discharge line at the compressor. Tighten retainer bolt. Install the A/C pressure transducer. See A/C PRESSURE TRANSDUCER  .
  2. Plug the harness connector into the A/C pressure transducer. Connect the negative battery cable remote terminal to the remote battery post.
  3. Evacuate and charge the refrigerant system. See RECOVERY, EVACUATION & RECHARGING in GENERAL SERVICING PROCEDURES article in GENERAL SERVICING.
