Circuit Description

DTC P1797 will set if engine temperature exceeds 255°F (124°C) or transmission temperature exceeds 275°F (135°C) while in Autostick mode. Aggressive driving or driving in Low for extended periods of time in Autostick mode will set this DTC. The "A3" position shift schedule that is used in non-Autostick applications is substituted while operating in Autostick gearshift lever position. No limp-in mode occurs.
