Circuit Description

DTC P1694 will set if no bus messages are received from PCM for 10 seconds. Effects to transaxle are delayed 3-4 shifts, no EMCC and early 3-4 shifts for a few minutes after engine is started. Due to the integration of the powertrain and transmission control modules, BUS communication between modules is internal.
