Circuit Description

DTC P1652 will set in about 20 seconds if no BUS messages are received by PCM. Effects on transaxle operation are possible improper PCM autostick configuration and delayed 3-4 shifts. Also, no EMCC and early 3-4 shifts for a few minutes after engine is started. Due to the integration of the powertrain and transmission control modules, BUS communication between modules is internal.
