Passenger-Side Air Bag Module

The passenger-side air bag module is mounted to instrument panel reinforcement and is located on right side of instrument panel, under instrument panel top pad. It contains a squib, air bag cover, air bag cushion, pyrotechnic initiator, argon gas inflator and supporting hardware. Upon sufficient frontal impact, ORC actuates inflator, deploying air bag.
