Removal & Installation (2.4L)

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove air cleaner assembly-to-throttle body air hose. Remove throttle cable shield. Remove throttle and speed control cables from throttle lever and bracket. Disconnect electrical connectors from throttle body. Remove throttle body mounting bolts.
  2. Remove throttle cable bracket. Remove throttle body. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten throttle body mounting bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
