Removal & Installation (2.4L)

Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove air cleaner assembly. Locate EGR valve. See Figure. Remove EGR tube-to-EGR valve bolts. Remove EGR valve-to-cylinder head bolts. Disconnect EGR transducer vacuum hose and harness connector. Remove EGR valve assembly. To install, reverse removal procedure. Do not tighten any bolts until all bolts are installed.
