Removal & Installation (Intrepid)

Traction control switch (if equipped) is located to left of A/C-heater control panel. See Fig 1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove ashtray. Using Trim Stick (C-4755), carefully pry center console bezel to release retaining clips. Disconnect A/C-heater control panel connectors.
Open glove box and remove 4 screws from bottom edge of trim bezel in glove box opening. Remove one screw from center console area. Loosen lower right edge, then upper right corner of steering column cover.
Using trim stick, carefully pry away center console bezel retaining traction control switch. Disconnect traction control switch connector and remove bezel. Press tabs together on rear of traction control switch. Push traction control switch through front of bezel. To install, reverse removal procedure.
