Erratic Pointer Movement (Internal Cluster Failure)

  1. Perform instrument cluster self-test and check for DTCs. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER SELF-TEST  under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM. Go to next step.
  2. If coolant temperature gauge moves during test but still appears erratic, replace instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
