Tachometer Inaccurate

Perform instrument cluster self-test. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER SELF-TEST  under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM. If tachometer moves to all calibration points during calibration test, failure is not in the instrument cluster. If pointer does not move to all calibration points, replace instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
