Erratic Pointer Movement (Instrument Cluster Failure)

Perform instrument cluster self-test and check for DTCs. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER SELF-TEST  under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM. If tachometer pointer moves during test but appears erratic, replace instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
