Using scan tool, check Body Control Module (BCM) for DTCs. See SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM in BODY CONTROL MODULES - CARAVAN, TOWN & COUNTRY, & VOYAGER article. If any DTCs are present, repair as necessary.
