No Pointer Movement (No PCI Bus Message Or Empty PCI Bus Message From BCM)

Using scan tool, check Body Control Module (BCM) for DTCs. See SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM in BODY CONTROL MODULES - CARAVAN, TOWN & COUNTRY, & VOYAGER article. If any DTCs are present, repair as necessary. If no BCM DTCs are present, go to next step.
Check fuel level input signal to PCM and check fuel tank sending unit. See appropriate test in SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM in BODY CONTROL MODULES - CARAVAN, TOWN & COUNTRY, & VOYAGER article. Repair as necessary. If fuel level input signal and fuel tank sending unit are okay, go to ERRATIC POINTER MOVEMENT (BAD PCI BUS MESSAGE FROM BCM) .
