Height-Sensing Proportioning Valve: Installation

Install the end of the actuator rod through the axle bracket grommet and slide the proportioning valve bracket under the rear track bar body bracket. See Figure. Install the proportioning valve attaching bolts and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Install the four chassis brake lines into the inlet and outlet ports of the proportioning valve. Tighten the brakeline nuts to specification.
Bleed the brake system thoroughly. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM .
Lower the vehicle to the ground. Road test the vehicle to verify proper operation of the brake system.
